To celebrate and commemorate the faith of the signers of the United States Consitution, we have proclaimed the month of September to be a national holiday; "Founding Fathers' Faith Awareness" month. As part of that celebration, we have created customized civic proclamations suitable for any town, city, county, or state government.
The proclamation's preamble is customizable, as in the closing signature paragraph. Typically a state's preamble is used for any civil entity within a particular state. The main body of the proclamation consists of faith quotes made by key state leaders who signed and/or ratified the United States Constitution for a particular state. If a state came into the union after the constitution was signed, other signers would be highlighted instead. The closing paragraph is also customizable for the name of the signing official, as well as the date of signature.
